Refund & Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available for Developmental Mathematics products because they are digital educational materials, we offer a one-time exchange within 10 days of purchase if the selected level is not the right fit for your student. If you haven't purchased a level yet and are unsure where your student should begin, we recommend using our Placement Tests to help choose the best starting level.

To request an exchange, email us at support@devmath.org or use the form on our Contact page within 10 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why the level did not meet your student’s needs, such as whether it was too advanced, too easy, or not aligned with the skills your student is currently working on.

Exchanges are limited to one per purchase and must be for a similarly priced product at the same access length. We reserve the right to limit or decline exchange requests that appear excessive, inconsistent, or outside the purpose of proper student placement.
