When can I download & access my E-Books?
Your digital content is available right after purchase! After checkout, you’ll see an access button on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times during your selected Access Length, and any password needed to open your files will be listed in the email’s Order Summary.
What if I have trouble accessing my E-Books?
We’ll make sure you can access your content as soon as possible! Your confirmation email includes PDF viewer suggestions for printing or writing digitally on your PDFs. If you need help, click the chat icon on the bottom of your screen, use the form below, or email support@devmath.org with your order number.
Can I exchange my E-Books?
Yes. We offer a one-time exchange within 10 days if the selected level is not the right fit. Exchanges must be for a similarly priced product at the same access length. To request an exchange, use the form below, chat support, or email us at support@devmath.org. Please include your order number and a brief explanation.
